Replacement Eligibility

  • The product received is different from the order

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

The replacement request must be made within 1 days of delivery.

Customers should contact us through WhatsApp or email with order details and product photos for verification.

Replacement Process

Once the request is approved:

  • The replacement process will be initiated

  • Customers may be asked to return the product or share product images

  • Replacement will be shipped within a few working days after approval

Delivery time for replacement products may vary depending on location.

Conditions for Replacement

To qualify for replacement:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • The product must not be damaged by misuse

Requests that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Policy
